An honored Englewood tradition returns on Friday, May 10, noon, at The Hills Restaurant, 100 Rotonda Circle. The Secret Society of Smoked Mullet will reveal the 2024 winners for this year’s Smoked Mullet Award and the Englewood Legends Award. Master of ceremonies will be Eric Fogo and Carroll Swayze will be the presenter. Lunch is $25 and guests will have their choice of pineapple chicken salad with seasonal fruit or a grilled chicken sandwich with bowtie fetta pasta salad. The Smoked Mullet Award honors people from the past who helped create the Englewood of today. The Legends Award honors the historic families of the area who contributed to the growth of the area.
