Tai Chi Classes Offered at Englewood Hospital

Tai Chi students Joann and Joe Huerta enjoy a class at Englewood Community Hospital. Tai Chi improves balance, flexibility and over all fitness. It is a slow moving exercise suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner Tai Chi classes are held in the Suncoast Auditorium, 700 Medical Blvd, on Tuesdays, 3-4pm and Saturdays, 10-11am.
