Lemon Bay Playhouse closes its 31st season with “Sylvia,” with shows through Sun. June 24. You don’t want to miss this laugh-filled comedy. Greg and Kate have moved to Manhattan after 22 years of child-raising in the suburbs. Greg’s career is winding down, while Kate’s career is beginning to offer her more opportunities. Greg brings home a dog he found in the park, or that found him, bearing only the name “Sylvia.” Sylvia becomes a major bone of contention between husband and wife. The marriage is put in serious jeopardy until after a series of hilarious and touching complications. Sylvia becomes a valued part of their lives. Curtain time is Wednesday – Saturday7:30pm and Sundays 2pm.
