DetailsCome join the fun at the Penny Sale at the Englewood Elks on Friday, April 16. What is a Penny Sale? It’s similar to a Silent Auction with a twist. Attendees review the prizes and if the prize is something you might like to win, you place one of your tickets in the bag for the prize. The winning number will be drawn from the bag. The doors at the Elks, 401 N. Indiana Avenue, open at 4:30pm, supper is served at 5pm and the raffle tickets will be drawn at 6:30pm. Cost for the event is $20 per person which includes dinner and ten tickets. Dinner menu is salad, pasta & meatballs, garlic bread, brownies and cookies. Additional tickets may be purchased. Fundraisers had to cancelled for the past year, but now the benevolent organization is ready to start having events to support their many charitable endeavors. RSVP at 474•1404, Monday-Friday from 9am to noon.
