Ann Liddell Javor, 81, of Englewood, Florida, died Friday, March 7, 2025, at Advent Health Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida after a short illness.
Ann was born in Liverpool, England, August 23, 1943, to William and Gladys (nee Wilcock) Liddell.
Ann had been a resident of Englewood for 21 years, coming from Westchester County, NY. She worked as a nanny for several years when she came to the United States in 1963, later working for the Selectro Company in Mamaroneck, and for many years as an office assistant at a dental office. Ann enjoyed gardening and cooking and will be sorely missed.
She is survived by her husband, Zdravko, her twin sister Norma (Serafino) Maiolo of Mamaroneck NY, her nephews Anthony (Christine) Maiolo, Mark Maiolo (Jason Secord), her niece Sandra DiRuzza (Rich DiGraziano), great nieces Alena and Elisa Maiolo, as well as nieces, nephews, and great-nieces in England. She was predeceased by her parents, and sisters Avis (Reginald) Clarke and Maureen Liddell.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in Ann’s name to a local animal rescue.
