Every other Monday, February 10, 24 & March 10, try Forest Bathing with UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County on Mondays, February 10, 24, and March 10, 9 to 10 am in Lemon Bay Park, 570 Bay Park Blvd., Englewood. This will be a contemplative walk where you will practice mindfulness, breathwork and using all your senses to connect with nature. No experience necessary. Meet at the Education Building.
