Punta Gorda is the location for the Taste of the World International Food & Music Festival on Saturday, April 20, noon to 8pm, at Laishley Park, 120 Laishley Court. It’s a day of cultural food, music, unique vendors, kids’ zone and more. Fifteen ethic food choices. Scheduled entertainment is Matrasa Lynn (acoustic country), Jah Movement (reggae), Michael D’Amore (oldies) and the Collaboration Band with Verceal Whitaker (Motown and R&B).
