Global Issues Series Brings Renowned Experts to Venice

This hard-hitting series, which runs through March 27, features internationally renowned experts discussing a wide range of domestic and global issues. Wednesday, February 19: “The Current State and Probable Future of Russia” with John Beyrle at Venice Community Center, 326 S Nokomis Ave., Venice at 2:30pm. On Friday, February 21: “Israel at War, the Second Year” with Dennis Ross at Venice Community Center at 10am. On Tuesday, February 25: “Artificial Intelligence: Changing How We Work” with Frank Ostroff at Venice Community Center, at 2:30pm. Friday, February 28: “The Next Nuclear War” with Keir Lieber at Venice Community Center, at 10am. Season subscriptions for the Global Issues series are available for purchase for $110 for 12 sessions. Single-day tickets for all programs are available at the door and are $15. Multiple subscription and flex pack options are also available. The 2025 season also features the popular “Music Mondays” series, which presents performances and lively conversations with renowned and emerging performers, through March 24, on Mondays at 3pm at Venice Presbyterian Church, 825 The Rialto, Venice.
