Leadership Englewood Class of 2024 Dedicates First Responders Monument

The Englewood Florida Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Englewood Class of 2024 officially unveiled and dedicated the First Responders Monument at the Veterans Memorial & Freedom Pavilion on Thursday, February 20th. First responders from Englewood Fire Department, Sarasota County Fire Department, Charlotte County Fire & EMS, Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office and Sarasota County Schools Police joined the Leadership Class as well as veterans and local residents for this special unveiling. The Monument was the special project that the Leadership Englewood Class of 2024 sponsored and paid for through fundraisers and sponsors. The Veterans Memorial & Freedom Pavilion is located at the west end of Dearborn Street.
