8/3/2022 2:32:00 PM Inaugural golf tournament for The Literacy Center for Dyslexia a big success
The Literacy Center for Dyslexia (TLC) is celebrating the success of their First Annual Charity Golf Tournament! A big thanks to the 20 teams of foursome golfers and the many sponsors who helped raise $14,000. The profits will support children who receive tutoring services through the TLC non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. TLC offers tutoring services for students (children and adults) identified or suspected of having dyslexia. Tutors have a thorough knowledge of dyslexia and provide a systematic, explicit multi-sensory intervention that is research-based. For more information about TLC, call 941•473•2266 or visit www.tlcdyslexia.com. TLC looks forward to future tournaments and welcomes the community to get involved.
