Chef Warren Is Back!

Cooking French Cuisine for Two at Home. Can it be Fast, Frugal and Fun? You Bet!
Forget the clichés of this world-famous cuisine and learn to create healthy, traditional meals that won’t be loaded with fat or take hours in the kitchen!
Join Chef Warren as he returns after 2-years of Covid-enforced hiatus to share dozens of kitchen tips, cooking hints and humorous anecdotes about the joys and challenges of cooking breakfast for two. Chef Warren will answer such questions as: French cuisine looks complicated; is it do-able for the average cook? There seems to be a lot of fat and cream in French recipes; how can I make it healthier? Should I cook with wine, and if so, what kind should I use? And many more…
Chef Warren will end the presentation with a cooking demonstration, preparing a healthy French  entrée that anyone can replicate in their own home in less than15 minutes.
Join Chef Warren at the Community Center next to the Englewood/Charlotte Library this Wednesday,  Sept. 14th at 2:00 pm.
Admission is free!
The library and community center are located at 3450 North Access Road in Englewood, FL.
For more information, contact the library at (813) 264-3800.
