Englewood Sailing Association is offering it's popular adult learn to sail class

The Englewood Sailing Association will be offering an adult learn to sail class in February for anyone 18+ at their sailing center in Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay.  Learning to sail offers a great opportunity to enrich your life with a great new experience and the chance to meet other like-minded adults.  The class will be conducted on land and on water. It will be taught by experienced instructors who will be aboard until students are qualified to sail by themselves. Students will also be taught rigging of the boats they will be sailing. The boats are provided and will be Holders and RS Quests. ESA also offers additional opportunities to sail once you know how. So join the class and learn something you always wanted to try! The class will be conducted from 10am to 2pm, February 4 - 5. The only requirements are 18+ and must have the ability to swim. Additional classes are planned for Feb. 11-12, March 6-9, and Nov. 6-9.  Classes are currently limited to 12 students so it’s best to register early. To register and for additional information check the website at englewoodsailing.org.
