3/24/2023 2:27:00 PM Englewood Amateur Radio Society Participates in Emergency Communications Drill at Englewood Hospital
The Englewood Amateur Radio Society (EARS) takes part in the monthly Charlotte County Emergency Communications Drills, activating radio communications from Englewood Hospital at 700 Medical Blvd. They set up a portable station at the northeast corner of the hospital property and communicate with Charlotte County locations including the Emergency Operations Center at the airport in Punta Gorda. You can come see this happening at 9am on the third Thursday of each month. Learn more about the club at www.earsradioclub.org.
