GFWC Rotonda West Woman’s Club is having a great time helping Youth Librarian Ashley Guerzo at Englewood Charlotte Library with the “Oceans of Possibilities” Summer Reading Program. Many members volunteered at the Open House and Program Kick-Off on June 3rd to encourage children, teens, and their families to sign up for the summer program, which lasts through July 30. In addition to volunteers, GFWC Rotonda West Woman’s Club will supply snacks and beverages for two Read and Feed Program Weeks, June 21-24, and July 19-22 at 3pm. All kids 18 and under will receive a free beverage and snack, may pick out a book to keep and exchange their reading time for beads for their own summer reading necklace. Registration is required for the summer reading program at the Englewood Charlotte Library, 3450 N. Access Road. Register online at www.charlottefl.ent.sirsi.net or call the library at 941•681•3736.
