| Congratulations, CMC Troy Rudisill |
Congratulations to CMC Troy Rudisill on his selection as the 2022 Del Black Leadership Award recipient on August 12th. The command master chief of Fighter Squadron Composite Thirteen (VFC-13) was chosen from the finest first-tour Command Master Chiefs and Command Senior Chiefs nominated from across the fleet and is the first Navy Reserve Sailer to be selected for this award. Rudisill embodies the award traits: inspirational leadership, commitment to Sailors, and operational excellence. “CMC Rudisill is a truly remarkable and inspiring leader who bridges the gap between not only our enlisted and officer communities, but our Active and Reserve forces, bring them together in a way each of us should strive to model after. He represents everything MCPON Del Black stood for and I could think of no better person to earn the honor this year,” said MCPON Russell L. Smith. Friday, November 4, 2022
