Janice R Stoddard

We regretfully announce the passing of Janice R Stoddard of Englewood, FL on November 20, 2021. Janice was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.

Janice, loving and dedicated mother to a family of four, was brought into this world on July 30th 1938, to John and Mildred O'Brien. After graduating from Potsdam State University of NY, Janice dedicated her life to the pursuit of knowledge in the field of elementary education Culminating in a thirty year career at Shenendehowa Central School in Clifton Park, NY.

Janice was predeceased by her parents, brother John O'Brien, and husband Donald H. Stoddard. Janice leaves behind two daughters, Dianne Urias(Joe) of Venice, FL. Darlene Ross(Kenny Adkins) of Port Charlotte, FL. Two grandchildren, Joe Urias III of Venice, FL and Dailynn Schweinert (Michael) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Two great grandchildren Tesla and Bradley.

She will be laid to rest at Gulf Pines Memorial Park in Englewood, FL on Friday November 26 2021 at 10:00 am. A celebration of life will occur this summer July 30th 2022 at her summer home in NY.
