The most serious included driving with a suspended or revoked license. This was his third time getting caught for that offense. On top of the traffic issues, deputies charged Borden with possession of drug paraphernalia, petit theft, and grand theft. For the petit theft charge, he already has two prior convictions, while the grand theft accusation covers property valued between $750 and $5,000.
