Choose from three convenient locations and times. \nCommunity members are invited to attend a free hands-only CPR training session and/or a Stop the Bleed Training. \nThe training\, hosted by emergency care teams from HCA Florida Healthcare\, will teach participants how to respond quickly and effectively when someone experiences cardiac arrest or trauma related event. Participants will learn how to provide life-saving care until professional help arrives including:\n-The two simple steps of hands-only CPR\n-How to control bleeding\n-Tips and guidance from specially trained emergency professionals \nPlease note: This is not a certified course and does not include CPR instruction for infants or children. \nReservations are required
