Viva Divas & Sunshine Guild Deliver Toys for Christmas

Viva Divas Sisterhood & Sunshine Quilt Guild “elves” delivered sleighs full of toys for the Christmas Shoppe.
In preparation for the Christmas Shoppe opening at The Jubilee Center, Santa’s elves arrived with sleighs full of toys and stockings in the form of the Viva Divas Sisterhood and the Sunshine Quilt Guild. Both groups donated unwrapped toys for the Jubilee Center’s clients to “shop” for gifts for their children on Monday, December 16 and Wednesday December 18, 9am to 12:30pm. The Sunshine Quilt Guild also donated 200 Christmas stockings, 50 gift card stockings and a $615 check for the Shoppe. Laura Roy Fink, executive director for the Jubilee Center, shared that she just was overwhelmed by the generosity of these groups. She stated, “We would not be able to support our neighbors in need without the help from local groups and organizations. We feel very blessed!” The Jubilee Center is located at 401 S. Broadway.
