Stroke Support Group

The Stroke Support Group meets on the last Friday of the month at HCS Fawcett Hospital Community Room, 3280 N. Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, from 1:30 to 2:30pm. This group is for stroke survivors and caregivers. RSVP at 888-685-1598.
