A Night of Empowerment to Benefit Jubilee Center Set for November 8

The Jubilee Center will host its “Night of Empowerment” fundraiser on Saturday, November 8, from 5 to 10pm at The Waverly, 2095 North Beach Road. Tickets are $100 per person and include a buffet, cash bar, bourbon tasting, 50/50 drawing, silent auction and live music by Junction 41 Rock and Blues.

The event celebrates and thanks the local businesses whose sponsorships help the Jubilee Center feed more than 1,000 people each month. As the holidays approach and the need for food assistance increases, these contributions are providing crucial relief to area families.

The Waverly leads as the Platinum Sponsor with a $5,000 contribution, followed by Beach Road Watersports as the Gold Sponsor at $2,500. Silver Sponsors, each donating $1,000, include Paver Mac, Sunfresh Produce, Cheney Brothers, Inc., SYSCO, Truex Construction and R.J. LaBadie Construction. Bronze Sponsors, contributing $500 each, are Landy’s Restaurant, SOS Septic and Abel’s Marina.

Proceeds from the evening support the Jubilee Center’s mission to fight food insecurity in the Englewood area. Tickets and sponsorship opportunities remain available for those who wish to take part in this community event.

For more information or to purchase tickets, contact The Waverly.
