The Old Englewood Village Association will once again bring the Christmas and Winter Festival to Dearborn Street, continuing a community tradition that draws a bigger crowd every year.
The festival will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Pioneer Plaza, 325 Dearborn Street. Organizers say this year’s celebration will offer a full lineup of entertainment, food, and family-friendly activities.
Mr. and Mrs. Claus will make a special visit, taking time out of their busy December schedule to meet with children and encourage good behavior in the days leading up to Christmas. Musical entertainment will feature local choral groups, live bands, and a DJ.
Families are invited to decorate their golf carts and display them along Dearborn Street. Overflow parking for golf carts will be available at 300 West Dearborn Street to accommodate the expected turnout.
Vendors will serve a variety of food, and a photo booth will be open for families looking to capture holiday memories. The annual bicycle raffle will also return. The association is graciously accepting bicycle donations. More information is available at www.oldenglewood.com
