Artful Sea Life Swims onto Dearborn with “Feathers and Flippers” Sculpture

A whimsical wave of color and creativity has washed over Dearborn Street with the “Feathers and Flippers” sculpture collection, which has been painted by local artists. Pictured is artist Jeremy Reed’s sea turtle, titled “Sea Dreams”. This sculpture is located outside the Art Alliance, 452 West Dearborn Street. In addition to the public sculptures, Reed’s original works, including a print of the coral reef painting on his sculpture, can be viewed and purchased at the Art Alliance. The gallery also showcases work from a diverse mix of local artists. For those unable to visit in person, both the “Feathers and Flippers” sculptures and the “Colorful Mural” collection can be explored online at OldEnglewoodVillage.com.
