Scouting America Valentine’s Pancake Fundraiser

Everyone is invited to Scouting America Troop 776’s pancake fundraiser. Breakfast will be served on Saturday, February 14, from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. This is a great way to start your Valentine’s Day and have a break from your “winter” doldrums – or at least give your loved one or yourself a break from cooking! The menu includes pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, grits, omelet bar, and a beverage. Tickets for adults and youth 12 and older are $15, and for children 5-11 are $7. Children under 5 eat free. Tickets may be obtained in advance from Michelle at (941)716-2918, or at the door on February 14. The fundraiser will be held at Gulf Cove United Methodist Church, 1100 South McCall Road, in the Gulf Cove area of Port Charlotte, just 3/4 mile south of the Myakka River on Route 776.
