Danielle Domke Named Englewood Elementary’s 2025–2026 School-Related Employee of the Year

ENGLEWOOD — Englewood Elementary School has named Media Specialist Danielle Domke as its 2025–2026 School-Related Employee of the Year.

Domke is known for her energy and creativity in the school’s Media Center, where she inspires students to explore reading and learning. Staff and families describe her as a constant source of support who goes the extra mile to make the school community stronger.

“She is the absolute best ever,” said parent Grace Watson, on E.E.S.’s facebook page. “The kids are chomping at the bit to see what fun books she has on display, what the book fairy is up to, and what book bundles are available.”

Other community members echoed the praise, saying Domke’s enthusiasm and commitment have made the library the “heart of the school.”

The announcement drew dozens of congratulatory messages from parents, colleagues, and students, all celebrating Domke’s positive impact.
