Englewood Fishing Club partners with Big Brothers Big Sisters for Youth Fishing Day at Chadwick Park

The Englewood Fishing Club is inviting Big Brothers/Big Sisters out for a youth fishing day at Chadwick Park on Saturday, January 10th, from 8 a.m. to noon. Kids will get to try out their new rods and reels, share lunch with their guardians, and maybe even take home an award or two.

A handful of recreational fishermen started the Englewood Club back in April 2004. They just wanted to swap stories, fish together, and maybe sharpen their skills. Over time, the club grew into a real community, now more than 120 fishing fans strong, focused on both sport fishing and protecting the marine environment for the next generation.

Want to know more about the club? Check out EnglewoodFishingClub.net or find them on the Englewood Fishing Club (EFC) Facebook Group.
