Each Week will be a different stroke:

GROUNDSTROKES: 1 handed and 2 handed.

Forehand, topspin, slice, open stance

Backhand, topspin, slice, open stance

RETURN OF SERVE: 4 types of returns

SERVE: Second Serve, spin or kick serve

VOLLEY: Net/Half court, Drop, Swinging

OVERHEAD: In the air and bounce

LOBS: Offensive, Defensive

COURT STRATEGY: Singles, Doubles

ADVANCED STROKES: Drop shot from baseline, Drop volley at the net

**Notes will be sent to all participants after each class.  Your email is necessary to receive the notes.  The first class will be on the Forehand Groundstroke.

Pete Zeeh has been playing/teaching tennis for the past 60 years.  He owned and operated the Ulster Racquet Club in Kingston, NY.  He was a college tennis coach at UCCC college in NY and was the Tennis Director at the Zena Rec Park in Woodstock NY, before coming to Englewood 20 years ago.  He has been giving free lessons at Rotonda Park with Art Richards for many years.  He has published (3) editions of a book called “Mechanics of Tennis”.  The book can be purchased on Amazon.com or from him personally.
