Winter Wonderland: A Winter Fair

Charlotte County Community Services will host “Winter Wonderland: A Winter Fair” on Saturday, December 16 at Centennial Park Recreation Center, 1185 Centennial Blvd., Port Charlotte.  This annual event is a celebration of all things winter, offering a memorable experience for families and friends. The event will include many photo opportunities with holiday characters, crafts, games, and a meet-and-greet with Santa.  Community Services will provide a special afternoon from noon to 1pm for those with disabilities and their families who may benefit from a quieter atmosphere or may require a little more time to enjoy the festivities. The music, lighting, and general atmosphere will be louder and brighter from 1:30 to 4pm.  The event is free to attend. For information, call Centennial Park Recreation Center at 941•613•3230.
