The Siesta Key International Sand Sculpting Festival, Crystal Classic, is back on the beach Friday-Monday, November 10-13. 24 artists from around the world converge on Siesta Key to compete in an amazing Master Sand Sculpting competition. On Saturday, November 11, come at night to enjoy the sculptures under colored lights after sunset. Winners are revealed on Sunday afternoon. Vote for your favorite to win the People’s Choice Award. Live music daily in the entertainment tent. The festival also offers The Learning Curve – sand sculpting lessons and demonstrations hosted multiple times daily, “Quick Sand” – an ongoing contest of speed and skill, and an Amateur Competition on Saturday. Enjoy a drink at the Barefoot Beach Bar Party Tent. The Vendor Village features 80+ retail vendors & food trailers. Hours are Friday, Sunday, and Monday, 10am to 5pm; Saturday 10am to 9pm.
