South Gulf Cove clubhouse, 14859 Ingraham Blvd., Pt. Charlotte

Registration is underway for the 2024 South Gulf Cove CCT Furry Scurry 5K set for Saturday, February 3th. All ages are welcome to participate in this dog-friendly walk/run that benefits local animal shelters and rescues. There is a 1.5-mile course for dog walkers that feel the 3.1-mile course is too much for their pup. Stay afterwards for hotdogs & some brew. Raffles and a silent auction are also planned. Race times are 8am for runners, followed by walkers, and 8:40am for the mutt-strut. The event is held at the SGC clubhouse, 14859 Ingraham Blvd., Pt. Charlotte. Registration fee until Monday, January 8th is $35 for 5K and $25 for mutt-strut. More details and registration link at runsignup.com.
