Interested in starting to research your family history or need a refresher to resume your search? Gail Finney of the Englewood Genealogical Society of Florida, Inc. (EGSFL) is presenting a free session on how to begin your family history research on Thursday, February 8, 2 to 4pm, at the Elsie Quirk Library, 100 W. Dearborn Street. No reservation is necessary – just show up at the workshop held in the meeting room upstairs. If you are unable to attend this workshop, there will also be one on Friday, February 16, 2 to 4pm, at the Jacaranda Library, 4143 Woodmere Park Blvd., Venice. Learn more about EGSFL at egsfl.org.
