Charlotte County invites the public to join county staff for an overview of the past, present and future of water management at 9am, Wednesday, January 31 at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center, 75 Taylor St., Punta Gorda. Staff will provide information on a variety of topics, including: Our Water Story — A brief history of water in Charlotte County; Water Quality; Storm Water Management; Drinking Water Management; Water Policy and Planning; Education and Outreach; and a preview of the One Charlotte, One Water Plan. Participants will have opportunities to provide feedback on the county's water activities and direction of the One Charlotte, One Water Plan.
