All are welcome to join the Beginner Tai Chi Classes and improve your balance and immunity, plus more! Tai Chi Classes meet on Fridays, 10 to 11am, at Christ Lutheran Church, 701 N. Indiana Avenue (Rt. 776). Pay $10 at the door. A class is also available in Venice at the Venice Community Center, 326 S. Nokomis Avenue, on Tuesdays, 10:30 to 11:30am (cost $10).
