Attendees can expect additional agricultural exhibits, enhanced attractions and the familiar promise of strawberries, shortcake and family-friendly fun.

The Festival draws more than 600,000 visitors annually and plays a significant role in the local economy and agriculture of Eastern Hillsborough County. The 2026 edition aims to build on that legacy, offering “growth” in both tradition and innovation.
