Heels, Humor, and Heart: “Hunks in Heels” Lights Up Englewood for a Cause

ENGLEWOOD — Get ready for a night of high heels and high energy as local “Hunks” strut their stuff for a cause! Spread Spencer’s Sparkle: Hunks in Heels returns Friday, July 26 from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m., bringing an unforgettable evening of lip-sync battles, laughter, and community spirit to the Englewood Elks Lodge at 401 N. Indiana Avenue.

This wildly popular event adds a fabulous twist to the classic talent show. Watch Englewood’s finest—realtors, firefighters, plumbers, and more—step into heels and into character, in a playful yet powerful nod to empathy and inclusion. The night encourages everyone to “walk a day in someone else’s shoes,” literally and figuratively.

Tickets start at $85 and include:

  • A full dinner buffet with Alfredo pasta, stir fry, chicken, lasagna, salad, rolls, and a dessert bar
  • A silent auction with exciting prizes
  • A close-up seat to one of the most entertaining evenings of the year

All proceeds benefit Spread Spencer’s Sparkle, supporting scholarships and community outreach that uplift LGBTQ+ youth and allies throughout Englewood.

Whether you’re coming for the cause or the costumes, you’re guaranteed an evening full of heels, humor, and heart. Guests suggested 18 or older.
