VENICE, Fla. — Jay White, known internationally for his tribute performances honoring Neil Diamond, will return to Southwest Florida with a live concert on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the Venice Institute for the Performing Arts. The appearance follows his sold out 2024 performance and adds another chapter to a career spanning more than 10,000 shows around the world.
White said he first recognized a new direction in his life in 1978, after attending his first Neil Diamond concert. The moment, he said, illuminated a path he has followed for more than three decades, aiming to capture the energy and emotion of Diamond’s work.
White has long expressed gratitude for the support he has received from Diamond, his family and members of his band.
“Neil’s kindness and acceptance has always been greatly appreciated, and I’m honored to have appeared with him on his ‘Stages’ Box Set DVD,” White said. “Now, more than ever, I will continue to pay homage, through each and every performance, to the man who has meant so much to so many, for so long. Especially me.”
His tribute career has led to appearances on “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” along with performances across Australia, Canada, Japan and Ireland.
