Venice Musicale Announces Scholarship Winners

Betsy Bullis, Chair of the Venice Musicale Scholarship Program, is proud to announce the 2024 Scholarship winners. Twelve students were recognized for their exemplary work on their chosen instruments. Here are the results: Senior Division: First Place – Eli Taylor, guitar and vocals, Grade 12, Lemon Bay High School; Second Place – Robin Moussier, bassoon, grade 11, Venice High School; Third Place – Paulo-Gabriel Ramos of Englewood, violin, grade 10, Venice High School. Middle School Division: First Place – Andrii Padkovskyi, violin, grade 8, Laurel Nokomis School; Second Place – Leo Chen, violin, grade 6, Pine View School; Third Place – Elliott Oliveri, cello, grade 8, Pine View School; Fourth Place – Gizel Bebikh, violin, grade 8, Homeschool. Elementary Division: First Place – Jin Huang, piano, grade 5, Pine View School; Second Place – Jack Liang, violin, grade 5, Pine View School; Third Place - Adam Mezhibovskv, piano, grade 5, Classical Academy of Sarasota. Honorable Mention: Senior Division – Devdaan Lobo, violin, grade 10, Pine View School; Harrison May, tuba, grade 11, Venice High School. Middle School Division: Natalie Oliveri, violin, grade 6, Pine View School.
