After years of guiding the theatre with dedication and heart, Lori Sigrist retires, leaving behind a foundation built on passion and hard work. Her influence will continue to shape the place for years, and everyone at the theatre feels grateful for the legacy she leaves.

Susana brings a rich background to Lemon Bay, having worked as an author, educator, and director. She’s no stranger to the stage, with experience that stretches from Off-Broadway productions and regional theatre to European tours, cruise ship shows, film, and television. Originally from New York, Susana has called Florida’s Gulf Coast home for over twenty years and has deep family roots in Englewood.
Looking ahead, she isn’t just handling executive duties. This fall, Susana will also direct “Bell, Book and Candle” for the playhouse.
