Jeff “Linedog” Linebaugh Joins 2026 Florida International Air Show Lineup

Longtime aviator Jeff “Linedog” Linebaugh is bringing his “High Voltige” aerobatic act to Punta Gorda Airport for the Florida International Air Show, happening November 7–8, 2026.

Linebaugh flies the Socata TB-30 Epsilon, a two-seat, piston-powered machine once used by the French Air Force to shape its next generation of pilots. His routine delivers pure precision: tight loops, daring rolls, inverted maneuvers, and those photo passes that make you hold your breath. The TB-30’s sharp handling is front and center. “Voltige” means aerobatics in French, and Linebaugh’s display lives up to the name.

He soloed before he had a driver’s license, at age 16. Afterward, he excelled in U.S. Air Force Pilot Training and Instructor Pilot Training, even picking up awards like Instructor Pilot of the Year and Top Instrument Pilot of the Year at Randolph Air Force Base. Once his military career ended, Linebaugh logged five years instructing for Japan Airlines and then spent three decades flying with a major airline, retiring as a Boeing 767 captain. His flight log? Nearly 16,000 hours, spread across over 85 aircraft types. Half those hours come from teaching others to fly.

The TB-30 Epsilon, built with a 300-horsepower engine and designed for military flight training, offers a glimpse into what French Air Force pilots experienced. Its unique silhouette and high-energy aerobatic moves make it a star of the show.

Linebaugh is joining a lineup with FighterJets, Inc.’s MiG-17 and TA-4J Skyhawk, aerobatic performers Aarron Deliu and Kevin Coleman, Franklin’s Flying Circus, and The Chuters. The air show rolls out static aircraft displays, a STEM Pavilion, and family activities—all open to visitors during the event.

The show runs Saturday and Sunday, November 7–8, at Punta Gorda Airport. Gates open at 9 a.m. each day.
